    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made till or before 1st December 2023 will be eligible for 60% refund of registration amount excluding GST.
  • Cancellations made after 1st December 2023 will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be process after 15 days of post conference.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

  • By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that my contact information will not be sold or shared with any external parties. Participating exhibitors will have access to my contact details, solely for marketing and educational purposes.
  • I also grant permission to the Meeting to use my likeness in photographs across its printed and digital platforms.
  • Furthermore, I commit to adhering to the cancellation policy.
  • By confirming my registration, I understand and agree to all the aforementioned conditions.
